Mitsubishi Corporation LT, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “MCLOGI”) considers it is an important social responsibility for MCLOGI to protect any information by which an individual customer can be specified or identified (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”). With the rapid development of networking/digitization of computers in recent years, it has become possible to store, accumulate, and analyze a large amount of Personal Information and, therefore, risks of infringements on the privacy of individual customers and social demand for Personal Information, are increasing.
Our Company will establish a personal information protection system in line with JIS Q 15001 and, under this management system, properly manage any Personal Information commissioned by customers as well as Personal Information obtained by Our Company.
Our Company hereby establishes a privacy policy and promises to properly obtain, store, manage, and use Personal Information by taking organizational, human, physical, technical and safety management measures.

Assigning a person responsible for the management of Personal Information at each department to protect Personal Information, MCLOGI strives to ensure the proper handling of Personal Information not only by MCLOGI but also by our subcontractors.

MCLOGI limit our acquisition of Personal Information to the necessary scope including employment, personnel affairs, employee benefits operations, document custody service, rental storage unit service, and commissioned business, and obtains Personal Information by appropriate means. MCLOGI also clearly notifies the purposes of use and the contact office to the person involved.

MCLOGI does not use Personal Information beyond the scope of the intended purpose, and also takes measures to that end.

MCLOGI implements reasonable safety measures against risks including unauthorized access to Personal Information, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage, and periodically reviews and corrects them.

MCLOGI will promptly respond to a reasonable extent to inquiries from the person involved, concerning notification of purpose of use and disclosure of contents of Personal Information, correction, addition, or deletion of Personao Information, suspension of use, deletion or provision of Personal Information and complaints, consultations on the use of Personal Information.

MCLOGI strictly observes relevant laws, rules and guidelines established by the government, and other regulations applicable to Personal Information.And strives to improve MCLOGI's initiatives by continuously reviewing it.
